Term and Conditions of Sale

These Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter 'T&Cs') govern sales made on the Bougies Vibes website, managed by Andrea Crespo, hereinafter referred to as the Seller.

By placing an order on the website, the Customer acknowledges that they have read and accepted these terms and conditions without reservation.

1. Information about the seller

2. Products

The products offered for sale are handmade candles, manufactured and poured by hand.

As each product is handmade, slight differences in colour, texture or fragrance may exist — this is part of the unique character of each creation.

The photographs presented on the website are as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee a perfect similarity with the product delivered.

3. Prices

Prices are quoted in euros (€) and include all taxes (VAT included).

Delivery costs are not included in the prices displayed and are specified at the time of ordering.

The seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time, but products will be invoiced on the basis of the price in force at the time of order confirmation.

4. Ordering

Any order placed on the website www.bougievibes.fr implies full and complete acceptance of these T&Cs.

The customer will receive an order confirmation by email after payment has been validated.

The seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order in the event of a previous dispute with the customer or a payment issue.

5. Payment

Payment is made via the secure methods offered on the website (e.g. credit card, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).

Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

6. Delivery

Products are shipped to the address provided by the customer when placing the order.

Shipping times are 2 to 4 working days.

Delivery times are generally 3 to 5 working days, depending on the shipping method chosen.

The seller cannot be held responsible for delays due to carriers or force majeure.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically before the order is confirmed.

7. Cancellation and returns

In accordance with the law, the customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the order to exercise their right of cancellation, without justification.

Returns must be notified by email to contact@bougievibes.fr.

Products must be returned unused, in their original condition and packaging, at the customer's expense.

Damaged or used items will not be refunded.

Refunds will be made after receipt and verification of the product.

8. Liability

The seller cannot be held liable for damage resulting from misuse of the product or failure to follow the precautions for use (a document is provided with the candle specifying the precautions for use. The document can also be found at the bottom of our 'online shop' page).

9. Intellectual property

All elements of the website (text, images, logos, designs, etc.) are the exclusive property of Bougie Vibes and may not be reproduced without authorisation.

10. Personal date

The information collected is necessary for order processing and customer relationship management.

11. Applicable law

These terms and conditions are subject to French law.

In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action is taken.
